- • Certified Sworn Affidavit or B-BBEE certificate (for black-owned company claims)
- • Company registration documents
- • References demonstrating prior knowledge and experience with these services
- • Price valid for minimum 120 days
- • Price must be firm and inclusive of VAT
- • Not in arrears for more than 3 months with municipal rates and service charges (or lease agreement if applicable)
- • No conviction for fraud, corruption, or criminal offense in past 5 years
- • No history of strike, premature termination, or unsuccessful completion of government contracts
- • Not a person in service of the state
