About this tender
Eskom is seeking a contractor to refurbish and service steam and float traps at Matla Power Station for 5 years on an as-needed basis, including quarterly monitoring, maintenance during planned/unplanned outages, and comprehensive reporting.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Matla Power Station SHEQ induction mandatory before site access
- • OHS Act 85 of 1993 compliance required
- • Employees must have required competency for assigned tasks
- • Environmental Authorization required under National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998
- • EMS file based on ISO 14001 required
- • OCP (Operational Control Plan) documentation required and approved by Engineering and Quality before work commencement
- • Compliance with QM 58 and OMOP 4497 requirements
- • Compliance with Eskom Matla Environmental procedures (OMOP 4090 and 4402)
- • Housekeeping check sheet (Annexure C: OMOP 4402) required for final payment processing
- • Ultrasonic testing, thermal imaging, and functional assessment capability for quarterly monitoring
- • Ability to submit comprehensive reports after each monitoring cycle
