- • Minimum three (3) contactable reference letters or completion certificates for projects completed 2018-2026 demonstrating experience in: office renovations, floor covering, painting works
- • SBD 1 Form (Annexure C)
- • SBD 4 Form (Annexure D)
- • Preference Points Award Form (Annexure E)
- • Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (Annexure F)
- • Completed Bill of Quantities (Annexure B)
- • Reference letters must be signed with start/end dates; purchase orders/contracts/appointment letters not accepted
- • Reference verification will be conducted; failure to verify results in disqualification
