- • Preference Points Award Form (Annexure E)
- • Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (Annexure F)
- • Completed Bill of Quantities (Annexure B)
- • Quote on company letterhead
- • Joint ventures eligible if lead partner has 2GB or higher and combined grading meets requirement
