What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) – non-compliance leads to automatic disqualification
- • Tax matters must be in order and declared on CSD
- • POPIA Consent Form must be completed and signed
- • SBD 1 form must be completed and signed in original ink
- • SBD 3.1 pricing schedule must be completed in full
- • SBD 4 form must be completed and signed
- • SBD 6.1 form must be completed and signed with proof for preferential procurement claims
- • SBD 7 contract form and Service Level Agreement (SLA) required if awarded
- • Bidders cannot be persons in service of the state or have such directors/members
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number required
- • If consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors involved, each party must submit separate TCS/PIN/CSD number
