- • Proof of public liability insurance minimum R5 Million
- • Central Supplier Database registration report (detailed) to claim special goals
- • If joint venture: certified copy of venture agreement
- • All Municipal Bidding Documents (MBDs) fully completed
- • Not in service of the state
- • Tax matters must be compliant
- • Not an advisor or consultant contracted with the Municipality
