- • OEM authorization/reseller agreement letter from Fortinet or authorized distributor
- • Proof of distributor authorization by OEM (if reseller is authorized by distributor)
- • Minimum three (3) references of similar Fortinet FortiGate support services with customer name, contact person, telephone, email, physical address, and service value per annum
- • Technical Bid Response Sheet (Appendix A) completed and submitted
- • Pricing Schedule (Appendix B) completed with VAT-inclusive pricing for 36-month period
- • Delivery within 15 calendar days of purchase order receipt
- • Support and maintenance co-termed to end 30 March 2029
