- • Letter from registered Professional Architect confirming minimum gross lettable area (242m² + 60.5m² non-assignable = 302.5m²)
- • Parking plan signed by registered Professional Architect showing 12 bays (4 undercover, 5 open, 2 lock-up, 1 disability)
- • Emergency and Evacuation Routes/points and Assembly Areas on plan
- • Latest Occupation Certificate (if existing/previously occupied building)
- • Letter of Commitment confirming provision of potable backup water and electricity supply
- • Town planning certificate from Local Municipality confirming zoning (Commercial/Office/Public Buildings/Mixed Use) valid for 12 months
- • Comprehensive maintenance plan with scheduled maintenance dates, unplanned maintenance strategy, sub-contractors, locality and job creation considerations
- • Written confirmation of previous government occupancy (if applicable within last 2 years) with Department name and contact details
- • Letter of reference from previous government tenant (mandatory if building leased to government in last 2 years or currently occupied)
- • Map showing 1-3km radius from King Shaka Memorial graveyard at 96 King Shaka Street, Stanger Central
- • Proof of submission of plans to Local Authority within 14 days of sign-off
- • Business Continuity Plan addressing water backup, electricity backup, energy-saving measures, solar panels, natural lighting
