- • CIDB registration number (tenderer must provide)
- • Performance bond at 5% of contract value excluding VAT
- • Insurance as per Insurance Schedule (Annexure D and C1.4)
- • Quality plan submission within 4 weeks of contract date
- • Detailed design acceptance within 4 months of contract date
- • HAZOP, LOPA, and Cause & Effect Matrix submissions
- • Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) completion within 14 months
- • Site Acceptance Test (SAT) completion within 21 months
- • Wet foam testing completion within 22 months
- • Final asset information submission within 23 months
