- • Minimum 2 signed Appointment Letters and Reference Letters for supply/delivery contracts valued at R350,000+
- • Written Commitment to deliver within 6 weeks from Manufacturer
- • Bank/accredited funder proof of funds availability (for bids exceeding R500,000)
- • VAT registration for bidders with turnover >R2,300,000
- • 100% Local Content minimum threshold
- • Valid Tax Compliance Status Certificate or PIN
- • For joint ventures: Tax Compliance Documents for all partners and signed agreement naming lead partner
- • Resolution from Directors (if company) or written authority (if close corporation/partnership/joint venture/consortium)
