- • Not listed on Register of Tender Defaulters
- • Not a person prohibited from doing business with public sector
- • Not abused SCM System or failed previous contracts
- • CK/Company Registration and certified ID copies (within 6 months) for preferred bidders
- • Tax compliance status PIN for preferred bidders
- • Municipal rates clearance certificate for preferred bidders
