- • Signed letter confirming no outstanding accounts >30 days
- • Annual Financial Statements for 3 years (audited or reviewed)
- • Letter of Good Standing from Compensation Fund (COIDA)
- • Proposed Project Team CVs and qualifications
- • Ethics Commitment form
- • For joint ventures: Tax Compliance Document for all partners and signed agreement indicating lead partner
- • Minimum 70 points in Functionality evaluation (Stage 1)
- • Evaluation on 80/20 or 90/10 preferential points system
