Office Space Rental – Road Accident Fund Gqeberha CSC (12 months)

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to rent office space for its Gqeberha Customer Service Centre (CSC) office. The lease period is 12 months, commencing 1 November 2026. The service provider must provide secure, fit-for-purpose office accommodation capable of housing RAF operations and staff. The premises must comply with extensive security and data protection requirements, including physical security measures (controlled access, surveillance cameras, 24/7 security monitoring, secure doors, locks, and alarms), document storage in lockable cabinets, fire suppression systems with carbon dioxide extinguishers, and secure perimeter fencing. The facility must support secure document handling and transportation protocols, with lockable containers for files and detailed record-keeping of all document access and retrieval activities. Digital systems must incorporate firewalls, intrusion detection, and encryption. The service provider is responsible for implementing data protection compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (2013), maintaining access control procedures, conducting staff vetting, managing incident response protocols, and cooperating with RAF audits and security assessments. The premises will house sensitive RAF data and personal information requiring strict confidentiality and security protocols throughout the contract term.
