- • Written proof from supplier(s) confirming no objection to bidder offering their products and continued supply commitment
- • Completed WCBD 6.1 and WCBD 4 forms with B-BBEE preference point claims
- • Proof of authority (e.g. company resolution) if bid signed by representative
- • Original, signed bid documents on official forms (not re-typed)
- • Attendance register completion at site visits as proof of attendance
