- • Not listed on Register of Bid Defaulters
- • No conflict of interest with state employees or municipal consultants
- • Satisfactory performance history on previous municipal/state contracts
- • No abuse of CoE SCM system
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit (for points qualification only)
