- • Clear evidence of relevant experience in security services with reference letters and award letters confirming satisfactory completion
- • Performance and Attendance Management System or equivalent for guarding services
- • If bidding as Joint Venture: signed JV Agreement with all partners individually compliant
- • Compliance with minimum wage requirements per applicable sectoral determinations
- • Bid validity period: 120 business days from closing date (extendable by 60 days at VCW discretion)
