- • Building floor plans with color photos (exterior and interior)
- • Full address of building and map showing proximity to stakeholders
- • Landlord's Tenant Installation (TI) budget availability
- • Total cost breakdown with yearly rental schedule for 5-year period
- • Rental escalation details, cost per sqm, parking, operating costs, air-conditioning maintenance estimates
- • Building owner/proxy profile
