About this tender
Umuziwabantu Local Municipality seeks a qualified service provider to design, supply, install, operate and maintain digital and non-digital outdoor advertising billboards and street furniture for 36 months, with mandatory briefing attendance and B-BBEE certification required.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid B-BBEE certificate certified or original with SANSA logo verified by SANAS accredited agencies, or Original SWON Affidavit
- • Municipal Rates and Service Charges Statements (not in arrears for more than 90 days) or valid lease agreement
- • Company Registration with Registrar of Companies or Close Corporation
- • Professional Indemnity Insurance
- • MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9 completed
- • Proof of CSD Registration
- • Company Experience in Non-Digital Billboards and Street Advertisement
- • Project Team with Construction Management or Civil Engineering qualifications
- • Project Team with Electrical Engineering qualifications
- • Methodology/Approach Paper
- • Joint Venture Agreement if applicable
- • VAT Registration Certificate if applicable
- • Minimum 70% functionality score required to pass evaluation
