- • Detailed CVs with certified copies of qualifications
- • Proof of EAPASA registration
- • Certificate of Authority signed by Board of Directors on company letterhead
- • Minimum 50% threshold score on both experience (20 points) and expertise (20 points) segments
- • MBD Forms 4, 6.1, 8 & 9
