- • SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid) - completed and signed
- • SBD 3.1 (Pricing Schedule) - with total tender price inclusive of all taxes
- • SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) - completed and signed
- • SBD 6.1 (Preference Point Claim Form) - completed and signed with specific goal points claimed
- • Security vetting/screening required prior to contract commencement
- • Identity documents of persons who own, manage and control the company
- • Joint Venture Agreement(s) if applicable
- • Sub-contracting Agreement(s) if applicable
- • Financial information as per paragraph 15.5
- • Responses to functionality criteria in Annexures A and B
- • Compliance with technical mandatory bid requirements (Part B - Specification and Scope of Work)
