Vehicle Tracking System Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Monitoring – Cape Winelands District Municipality

The Cape Winelands District Municipality is seeking an experienced service provider to supply, install, commission and monitor a vehicle tracking system for the Municipality's vehicle fleet. The contract period runs until 30 June 2030. The tender invites bids from service providers to deliver the complete tracking system solution, including installation of tracking devices on vehicles, commissioning of the system to ensure operational readiness, and ongoing monitoring services throughout the contract period. The system will track the Municipality's fleet vehicles to enable fleet management and operational oversight. Bidders must be registered on the CWDM Accredited Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database prior to tender closing. The Municipality reserves the right to change the number of vehicles to be tracked and to extend the contract should additional funds become available. Subcontracting of the whole contract is not permitted without prior written consent from the Municipality. The tender validity period is 180 days from the closing date. Bidders must submit original and valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates or certified copies. Tenders will be evaluated on responsiveness to specifications and additional criteria as set out in the tender documents.
