The Western Cape Department of Agriculture requires supply, delivery, offloading and neat packing of fencing material to five specified farm locations across two districts within the province. Delivery sites are: Stuurman Farm (approximately 50 km northwest of Lutzville, West Coast district); Reingeluk Farm (approximately 80 km northwest of Vanrhynsdorp, West Coast); Kersbosvlei Farm (approximately 46 km north of Lutzville, West Coast); Renosterkop Farm (32 km from Beaufort West on the N1 towards Johannesburg, Central Karoo); and Plaatdoorns Farm (20 km from Merweville on the Sutherland DR2254 Gravel Road, Central Karoo). All GPS coordinates are provided in the pricing schedule. The bidder must provide pricing as a single combined bid price in South African Rands, with all applicable taxes and all delivery costs incorporated into the price. The bid is valid for 120 days from the closing date. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a written contract form (WCBD 7) with the Department. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide evidence of B-BBEE status, tax compliance, and comply with all tender conditions.
