- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (MBD 2)
- • Original and valid BBBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (MBD 6.1)
- • Delivery plan
- • Project Manager CV
- • Personnel CV
- • Copy of ID (for all specific goals claims)
- • CK (for women ownership claims)
- • Medical Certificate (for disability ownership claims)
- • Confirmation letter from Office of Military Veterans (for military veteran claims)
- • Proof of residence from Traditional Leader or Ward Councillor (for rural enterprise claims)
