- • MBD 6.1 - Preference Points Claim Form
- • MBD 7.2 - Contract Form
- • MBD 8 - Declaration of Past Supply Chain Management Practices
- • MBD 9 - Certificate of Independent Bid Determination
- • All prices in South African currency (R) inclusive of VAT
- • Bids must hold good for 90 days
- • No persons in service of state may bid
