- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS or Central Supplier Database (CSD) number
- • Proof of authority if signing as representative (e.g. company resolution)
- • Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable) with lead member authorization
- • Details of present contracts (description, period, contact person, telephone numbers)
- • Competent administrative personnel preferably from Eastern Cape
