- • Attorney Experience (minimum 30% evaluation weight)
- • Debt Collection Personnel (minimum 20% evaluation weight)
- • Plant, Equipment, Tools & Machinery (minimum 20% evaluation weight)
- • Minimum functionality score of 70 points required
- • Audited/Reviewed annual financial statements for past 3 years (for bids above R10 million)
- • Bank confirmation letter of trust account
- • Bank confirmation letter of business account
- • Proof of Good Standing with Municipal Account or Lease Agreement (not older than 3 months)
- • Copy of current municipal account or lease agreement (not older than 3 months)
- • Curriculum Vitae of all directors and attorneys
- • Certified copies of all directors' IDs
- • Company registration documents (if incorporated)
- • Authority of Signatory (if not sole proprietor)
- • All MBD forms completed and signed (MBD 1, 3.1, 3.2, 4, 5, 6.1, 7.2, 8, 9)
