- • Proof of property ownership (Title Deed, Power of Attorney, or Sale Agreement)
- • Letter from registered professional architect confirming minimum GLA of 876.25m²
- • Space planning layout plan fully dimensioned with room names and parking layout signed by registered architect
- • Parking plan signed by registered professional architect showing 70 bays (14 undercover, 53 open, 2 disabled, 1 wash bay)
- • Town planning certificate from Local Municipality confirming zoning (Commercial, Office, Public Buildings, or Mixed Use) valid for 12 months
- • Latest Occupation Certificate if existing building previously occupied; or commitment to provide prior to occupation
- • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) certified copy compliant with National Energy Act No. 34 of 2008; or commitment to submit within 24 months if major renovation undertaken
- • Proof of plans submission to relevant Local Authority within 14 days of sign-off
- • Business Continuity Plan covering water (back-up tank, potable drinking water) and electricity (100% capacity back-up supply), with letter of commitment
- • Comprehensive maintenance plan detailing scheduled maintenance dates, unplanned maintenance strategy, turnaround time, sub-contractors, and job creation strategy
- • Letter of reference from government department if building was leased to or is currently occupied by any government department within last 2 years
- • Map showing building location within 2km radius of General Justice Gizenga Mpanza Memorial Regional Hospital, KwaDukuza
- • Proof of off-site parking ownership or lease agreement if parking provided off-site (with title deed and ID copies)

Full Description: Suitable and capable service providers are invited to Bid for Supply and letting of suitable Office Accommodation to the Department of Public Works: On behalf of KZN Department of Health: in iLembe District, Stanger: Procurement of suitable office of the extent of 701m² (Plus 20% -25% (86m²) non-assignable space) totaling to 876.25m²; plus 14 undercover bays, 53 Open bays and 02 bays for persons with disabilities and 01 for Wash Bays for a period of 09 Years eleven (11) months.
