- • Municipal rates and taxes clearance certificate
- • Not in default register/database of defaulters (last 5 years)
- • No conflict of interest disclosure
- • Not a person in service of state or related to state employee
- • All staff adequately trained prior to commencement
- • Joint venture/consortium agreements if applicable (if bidding as joint venture, submit documents for each company)
