- • Copy of Company Registration Certificate (CRC) reflecting active members (except sole traders and partnerships)
- • CSD registration number must be provided
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) Certificate or SARS PIN
- • Municipal rates and taxes clearance certificate or proof not in arrears for more than 3 months
- • For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: each party must submit separate TCS/PIN/CSD
- • Declaration of Interest form (MBD 4) must be completed
- • Tax Clearance Certificate (MBD 2) – original required
- • Preference Points Claim Form (MBD 6.1)
- • Properly indexed bid document
- • Bidder must not be in service of the state
