- • Company Registration Certificate (CRC) reflecting active members (except sole traders and partnership)
- • Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with CSD number provided; for JVs all parties must be registered on CSD
- • Unique personal identification number (PIN) issued by SARS for tax profile verification
- • Municipal rates and taxes clearance certificate or proof that rates/taxes not in arrears for more than three months
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) Certificate/Pin/CSD Number for each party in consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors
- • Properly indexed bid documents
- • Not a person in the service of the state
- • 80/20 preferential points allocation system per Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act No 5 of 2000
