Change Management Service Provider – South African Nursing Council (36 months)

The South African Nursing Council requires a change management service provider for a 36-month contract to deliver integrated organisational development, organisational design, workforce planning, and change management services. The scope encompasses seven key service areas: (1) Organisational Design—structure reviews, redesign, functional reviews, establishment management, work-study investigations, and effectiveness assessments; (2) Business Process Improvement—analysis, re-engineering, recommendations, future-state process development, and implementation facilitation; (3) Workforce Planning—workforce and HR plans, manpower planning, budgeting, database creation, and establishment reporting; (4) Organisational Development—framework development, policy reviews, strategy development, effectiveness and team interventions, engagement surveys, culture assessments, employee value propositions, monthly and quarterly reporting, and committee facilitation; (5) Change Management—enterprise-wide strategy and framework development, change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement planning, adoption and benefits realisation plans; (6) Job Evaluation—job profiling, analysis, evaluation, grading, and job description reviews; and (7) General services—leadership coaching, transformation initiatives, knowledge transfer, and communication programmes. Pricing must be provided for three distinct years with transparent cost breakdowns and estimated annual escalations, inclusive of VAT. The contract is with the South African Nursing Council, a healthcare professional regulatory body.
