SANRAL seeks a qualified tax advisory service provider for comprehensive VAT and other tax advisory services on an as-needed basis for 36 months, with mandatory tax compliance, CSD registration, and B-BBEE requirements.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit required
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS required (or CSD registration if TCS unavailable)
- • Must be compliant with all applicable tax legislation including Income Tax Act and VAT Act for entire contract term
- • Foreign suppliers must complete questionnaire on RSA residency, branch, permanent establishment, income sources, and tax liability
- • Joint ventures/consortiums must submit signed agreement with percentage split and responsibilities, or written confirmation of intent to enter agreement
- • Each party in joint venture/consortium/sub-contractor arrangement must submit separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number
- • Security clearance to CONFIDENTIAL/SECRET/TOP SECRET level may be required for successful bidder and personnel
- • One original plus one hard copy plus electronic copy (CD or memory stick) must be submitted in sealed envelope
