About this tender
CEF (Pty) Ltd seeks a qualified risk management professional to provide risk workshops, risk mapping, and strategic risk register development services across CEF Group subsidiaries for 36 months; lead must hold NQF Level 7+ qualification with minimum 7 years' experience and current IRMSA or Compliance Institute accreditation.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Lead team member must hold NQF Level 7 or above qualification in Risk Management, Law, or BCom with Risk Management as major
- • Lead team member must demonstrate experience in facilitation of risk workshops with senior management/EXCO/Board
- • Team must have combined experience in all of: Risk Mapping, Risk Identification and Assessment, Development of Risk Registers, Knowledge of Risk Management Frameworks and Policies, and Risk Reporting
- • Reference letters required (minimum 3, optimal 5+) demonstrating: facilitation of risk workshops for risk mapping, risk mapping, risk identification and assessment, and drafting of risk assessment reports
- • Reference letters must be signed, dated, on client letterhead with client name and contact details
- • Fixed and firm fee proposal with hourly rates for all team members specified
- • Fee proposal must cover all consultants and anticipated advisors for full delivery
