Sentech Limited requires a service provider to deliver 24/7 monitoring and armed response security services across two locations in Port Elizabeth: the Glendenningvale office (Munro Street) and the Greenbushes site (Cape Road). The contract runs for 36 months from award. The service provider must maintain sufficient operational vehicles within Port Elizabeth (minimum capacity not stated, but scoring ranges from <10 to 20+ vehicles); operate a local office or satellite facility within 100 kilometres of the service area to enable rapid response; provide round-the-clock alarm monitoring and armed response capability; and offer a defined number of free call-outs to site as part of the service package.
