What you need to qualify for this tender
- • CIDB Grade 7CE or higher (or capable of registration within 21 working days)
- • R200 million combined value of NRW reduction/WCWDM projects in past 7 years
- • R300 million combined value of water infrastructure construction projects in past 7 years (Lead Tenderer requirement)
- • Financial resources of R100 million from own sources or financial institutions
- • Signed financial statements for preceding 3 financial years
- • Project Manager/Team Leader: Professional Engineer or Chartered Civil Engineer with 15+ years post-registration experience in WC&WDM or NRW PBC projects
- • Civil Engineer (NRW Expert): Professional Engineer or Chartered Civil Engineer with 10+ years post-registration experience in WC&WDM or NRW PBC projects
- • Infrastructure Finance Expert: Chartered Accountant or equivalent with 10+ years post-registration experience in financial management, investment analysis, or project finance
- • All-risk insurance of minimum R100 million without limit to number of claims
- • Not on National Treasury tender defaulter lists
- • Not under any business restrictions with employer
