- • ID copies of company directors
- • Proof of valid 4x4 (5-seater minimum) vehicle ownership with E-natis document
- • Vehicle branded with company logo
- • Vehicle tracking system proof (invoice or confirmation letter)
- • Armed personnel (minimum Grade C officers and Grade B supervisor)
- • Firearms: minimum 2 rifles/shotguns and 3 pistols
- • Public liability insurance minimum R10 million
- • Unlimited liability insurance for stolen goods
- • References from previous forestry clients (traceable and contactable)
- • Proof of 24-hour control room capability
- • Digital radios or radio phone ownership/hire confirmation
- • Signed NEC4 Term Service Short Contract (TSSC4)
- • Confirmation letter of commitment to SHEQ, legal, and labour requirements
- • Proof of proof of crowd control, ground control, and crime prevention training
