What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Full completion of Bill of Quantities/Specification
- • Attachment of datasheet, reference letters, proof of certification and accreditation
- • Quotation on PDF format on company letterhead (no MS Word, Excel or pictures)
- • Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- • Copy of valid lease agreement or municipal account statement not older than 3 months
- • All MBD forms duly completed and signed
- • Asbestos management plan/method statement prior to commencement
- • At least two client reference letters on company letterhead detailing asbestos handling/disposal work
- • CV or Company Profile demonstrating minimum 5 years experience
- • Provision of respiratory protective equipment and protective clothing
