Eskom seeks a supplier to provide spare parts for sewage treatment and wastewater recovery systems at Hendrina Power Station on an as-and-when-required basis for 5 years, with mandatory ISO 9001 QMS certification or documented compliance.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid ISO 9001 QMS certification by ISO-accredited certification authority (Option 1) OR documented QMS complying with ISO 9001:2015 not yet certified (Option 2)
- • Quality Policy approved by top management
- • Quality Objectives approved by top management
- • Document and record control procedures (Clause 7.5 ISO 9001:2015)
- • Control of nonconforming outputs (Clause 8.7 ISO 9001:2015)
- • Nonconformity and corrective action procedures (Clause 10.2 ISO 9001:2015)
- • Internal audit documentation (Clause 9.2 ISO 9001:2015)
- • Organization chart and responsibility matrix including quality management function
- • Control of externally provided processes and services with evaluation criteria (Clause 8.4 ISO 9001:2015)
- • Latest internal management system audit report with nonconformity and corrective action reports
- • Records of management review meetings (minutes, attendance registers)
- • Draft Contract Quality Plan specific to scope of work (ISO 10005)
- • Quality Control Plan or Inspection and Test Plan or Quality Control Checklist as per scope
- • Form A completed and signed
- • Draft/example ITP or QCP from similar/previous work
