What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Proof of previously completed bulk document destruction projects (minimum 3 projects required for points; >6 projects for full marks)
- • JGDM Performance Assessment Forms signed and stamped by previous clients for each submitted project
- • Detailed methodology addressing receipt/handover, secure offloading, verification/weighing, destruction process, environmental/legal compliance, post-destruction verification, and certificate issuance
- • Proof of company office address (municipal account not older than 90 days, municipal clearance certificate, lease agreement, or proof of address with affidavit from village residents)
- • Fixed pricing schedule for 12 months with CPI escalation clause from month 13
- • Certificate of Destruction template compliance
- • Annual calibration certificate for weighing equipment from SANAS-accredited laboratory
- • Completed and signed bid document as original
- • All pages signed where necessary
- • Tax Clearance Certificate (separate for each party if Trust/Joint Venture/Consortium)
- • No use of Tippex or erasable ink
- • Minimum functionality score of 24 out of 38 points required to proceed to price evaluation
