- • Reference letters must be dated, on official company letterhead, signed, and include contactable client references
- • Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- • Completion of all MBD forms
- • Valid lease agreement or municipal account statement not older than 3 months
- • Quotations on company letterhead in PDF format (MS Word, Excel, pictures not allowed)
- • Full completion of Bill of Quantities/Specification
- • No persons in service of the state
- • Johannesburg Water reserves right to verify bidder's registration with SAQCC
