- • Company registration documents with ID copies of directors/shareholders
- • Valid lease agreement or municipal account statement not older than 3 months
- • Product brochure/catalogue confirming compliance with specifications
- • Quotation on company letterhead in PDF format (MS Word, Excel, pictures not allowed)
- • All applicable taxes included in quotation value
- • Proof of valid manufacturer guarantees, warranties and certificates with refrigerators
