What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Occupational Medical Practitioner registration
- • Occupational Health Nurses registration
- • Registered Psychologist or Social Worker for EAP services
- • Minimum staffing: 1 Occupational Health Doctor, 3 Occupational Health Nurses, 1 clinic cleaner per 2 clinics, 1 administrator/technician per clinic
- • Ability to operate 3 clinic locations: Timbadola Clinic (Levubu), Spitskop Clinic (Sabie), and mobile unit (Highveld Region)
- • All SBD documents must be signed and submitted with quotation
- • Quotation on company letterhead
- • Service provider must submit consolidated BEE certificate in case of Joint Venture
