- • Bill of Quantity
- • Municipal rates/taxes or proof of non-applicability
- • No arrears on municipal service charges exceeding 3 months
- • Not listed on Register of Bid Defaulters
- • No unsatisfactory performance on previous contracts with municipality in last 5 years
- • Not bankrupt or in administration
- • No conflict of interest disclosure
- • Original bid document (no copies accepted)
- • Colour-coded pages as per table of contents
- • Sealed envelope clearly marked with project name and number
