- • Team Member: minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in Development Finance/Economics or similar
- • Minimum 5 completed market demand studies with completion letters
- • Minimum 5 reference letters from clients
- • Evidence of work experience in social housing, student housing, up-market developments, precinct market studies, and subsidised housing
- • Comprehensive methodology and approach documentation
- • 4-month indicative delivery programme for two sites
- • Service provider must have completed 5 or more comprehensive similar assignments
- • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience for Team Leader in research and demand studies
- • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience for team members in research and market studies
