What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid PSIRA registration for company
- • Valid PSIRA registration for company directors
- • Valid PSIRA letter of good standing
- • Proof of ownership of 4x4 5-seater vehicle (E-natis document)
- • Vehicle tracking system installed with proof
- • Weapons: minimum 2 rifles/shotguns and 3 pistols/handguns
- • Armed tactical response personnel (Grade C or above officers, Grade B supervisor)
- • Proof of crowd control and ground control training
- • Public liability insurance minimum R10 million
- • Company registration documents (Pty/Trust/CC)
- • ID copies of company directors
- • Confirmation letter of SHEQ, legal and labour statutory compliance
- • Confirmation letter on control room availability
- • Completed and signed NEC4 Term Service Short Contract
- • Traceable and contactable reference letters with client details
- • Monthly reports and vehicle tracking reports
- • Employment contracts and payslips for verification
- • Tax clearance certificate
- • CSD registration or MAAA number
- • Completion of all SBD forms
