LawTrust SSL Certificate Provisioning and Support Services – DFFE (24 months)

The Department of Forestry, Fisheries & Environment seeks provisioning, renewal and implementation of LawTrust SSL certificates for a 24-month subscription period. The scope includes supply of 19 Standard OV SSL certificates, 14 Advantage OV SSL certificates, 10 Multi-Domain OV SSL certificates, and 2 Wildcard OV SSL certificates, each with 2-year certificate warranty and lifecycle management features. The supplier must provide 50 hours of technical assistance for certificate issuance, validation, installation, renewal, revocation and replacement. Services include end-to-end migration of existing SSL certificates from the current portal to the new portal, assessment of existing SSL certificate configuration, notification of expiry dates at least 60 days prior to expiration with advance renewal quotations, and 24/7 portal access for DFFE officials to generate certificates. All certificates must be delivered electronically via portal within agreed implementation timelines after receipt of valid purchase order and successful domain/organizational validation. Delivery location is Environment House, 473 Steve Biko Road, Arcadia, Pretoria. All delivery costs and applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, skills levies) are included in the bid price.
