- • Prohibition on using MHSC data for vendor model training
- • Native integration with Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- • Real-time transcription with ≥95% accuracy
- • Speaker identification and automated summarisation features
- • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and SSO/SAML/OIDC support
- • 99.5% system uptime SLA
- • Office hours technical support (Mon-Fri 08h00-17h00)
- • Training delivery for 4 MHSC ICT staff within 3 months
- • Deployment and go-live within 4 weeks of contract commencement
