RFQ for professional services to review and update NYDA's Risk Management Division policies, frameworks, strategies and plans against current legislation, governance best practices, and King V Principles.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Proof of good standing with SARS (via CSD or SARS e-filing PIN)
- • SBD1 - Invitation to Bid (completed and signed)
- • SBD4 - Bidders Disclosure (completed and signed declaration of interest)
- • Completed and signed pricing schedule using provided template
- • Proposed project team with position/title and role of each member
- • Detailed CVs and certified copies of relevant qualifications for all team members
- • Team must include personnel qualified in risk management, governance, policy development/review, compliance, internal audit, business continuity, legal, regulatory compliance, or public administration
- • CVs must clearly indicate qualification, professional membership, relevant experience, and years of experience in policy review, risk management, governance, compliance or related areas
- • Minimum three (3) signed reference letters dated within last three (3) years from existing or previous clients
- • Reference letters on client's official letterhead with contact details
- • Reference letters must demonstrate successful policy review work in risk management, governance, compliance, fraud/corruption prevention, business continuity, enterprise risk management or related areas
- • Reference letters must indicate nature/scope of assignment and confirm satisfactory completion
- • BBBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit must be attached to claim specific goals points
- • SBD 6.1 form completed to indicate preference point claims
- • No persons in service of the state or companies with such directors/members may bid
