Catering Services for Fire Fighting Training – Artscape

Artscape requires catering services for Fire Fighting and Emergency Evacuation Training scheduled for 12–13 October 2026. The service provider must supply pre-packed lunch boxes for 28 participants on both training days, delivered to Artscape Opera Bar, D.F. Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town. Day 1 (12 October): chicken burger, green salad, cold drink (Coke, Fanta or Stoney), sweet treat, and serviette per pack. Day 2 (13 October): grilled chicken leg quarter, chips, green salad, cold drink, sweet treat, and serviette per pack. All meals must be Halaal-certified and prepared ready for distribution at 12:00 on both days. Each lunch pack must include a serviette and be appropriately packaged for easy distribution and consumption. The quotation must clearly state: cost per lunch pack, total cost for 28 participants per day, total cost for both days, VAT (where applicable), and confirmation of Halaal certification. The 80/20 price/preference point system will be applied, with 80 points for price and 20 points for B-BBEE status. Closing date: 10 October 2026.
