- • Valid B-BBEE Certificate from SANAS Accredited Verification Agency or CIPC, or signed Sworn Affidavit for specific goals allocation
- • Proof of accreditation to provide training per SAQA unit standard 337061 for PFMA BID Committees
- • Evidence of track record of similar training assignments
- • Expertise in risk assessments in working environment
- • Experience in training on SCM Code of Conduct
- • Ability to certify PFMA needs and issue NQF Level 5 Certificates of Attendance
- • SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid) - fully completed and signed with witness signature
- • SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) - fully completed and signed with witness signature
- • General Conditions of Contract (GCC) - completed in full
- • SBD 6.1 (Preferential Points Claim Form) if claiming preferential points
- • Not deregistered, blacklisted, or linked to blacklisted entities
- • Not in process of de-registration at CIPC
